Status Reporting
Developing transparent and simple reporting for the community as well as the board of directors. This is critical to evaluate the organization to develop process improvements and future goals.

Staff Development
Redeveloped our staffing model to focus on customer service, consistency, and production. 90% of our staff was hired at some point in 2022 and all have celebrated their one-year anniversaries. The team is unique, dedicated, and challenging each other for success.
